I was working in the back offices with my supervisor, and a leader came out of his own office to ask my supervisor something. He seemed pleasantly startled to see an extra person back there and asked my supervisor who I was. He asked me a couple questions about myself and ended with, “Oh, I like this one!” Then he rushed at me, grabbed me by the throat, and shoved me backwards into the wall. He held me there and stared me directly in the eyes for 5 whole seconds before he let me go. He then said something about being the son of a boxer and went back to his office. I was too stunned to even speak and my supervisor was visibly uncomfortable. We never spoke about it again.
